How do I apply VisioDry correctly?

  1. Start with a clean, dry surface. Use VisioCrystal surface cleaner to remove any grease, oils or road film, this is the most important step and the one most people skip.
  2. Spray VisioDry from approximately 10cm away. Apply an even coat across the surface.
  3. Wait 30 seconds. Do not wipe the surface, this is the most common mistake. The formula needs to set undisturbed.
    That's it. The coating begins working immediately and lasts through multiple rides depending on conditions and how often the surface is cleaned.

Does VisioDry work when stationary, at traffic lights or slow speed?

Yes, and this is one of VisioDry's key advantages over standard rain repellents. Most hydrophobic treatments rely on airflow or speed to push water off the surface. VisioDry's superhydrophobic formula causes water to bead and roll away by itself, without needing movement. This makes it particularly effective for UK city riding and commuting, where you're regularly stationary in traffic in wet conditions.

Why is it important not to wipe after spraying?

Wiping the surface immediately after application removes the product before it has bonded to the surface. The 30-second wait time allows the superhydrophobic formula to form a proper coating, wiping it away at this stage means starting again from scratch. What's the difference between the 15ml, 35ml and 75ml?

The formula is identical across all three, the difference is size, format and number of applications. The 15ml is a pump spray, designed to be compact and portable, ideal for keeping in a jacket pocket or tank bag.

The 35ml and 75ml are aerosols, which give more consistent and even coverage per spray. The 35ml delivers around 50 applications and is our most popular choice for personal use.
